I love this episode! On this one I get to have a chat with one of my own yoga teachers and inspirations, Nancy Goodfellow. Nancy is a prolific yoga teacher based in Costa Rica. She’s been studying yoga basically all her life and shares her story, her inspirations and her path to practice. Nancy talks about her roots in Ashtanga yoga, how she became a teacher, how she ended up in Costa Rica and how she found Tantra. She also candidly talks about having a romantic relationship with her very first yoga teacher and what that taught her.
